Margaux Mathieu


Criminal Law and Criminal Business Law. She also has a strong expertise in Labour law and Criminal Labour Law.

She joined the firm in December 2017, after having worked for several years in the law firms Flichy Grangé, and August Debouzy. She also worked for the Public Prosecutor at the Cour de Cassation.

Margaux MATHIEU has a Master’s from University Paris X Nanterre, but also from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (in Criminal law). She also studied the Protection of Human Rights at London School of Economics (LSE).

She represents defendants in criminal proceedings, in France and abroad before both lower and higher criminal jurisdictions. She has recently acted in a large-scale transnational proceeding (United Kingdom, Belgium and Monaco) and also assisted victims of public health disasters.

She is fluent in Italian and also works English.
